Female (Age 18-50)
1) Location: Work from home
2) Working Hours:
Mon to Fri (9am to 6pm)
Sat (9am to 1pm)
3) Fluent in English (speak and write)
4) Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Google Sheets
5) Careful in her work
6) Willing to learn
7) Positive attitude
8) Good customer service skills
9) Patient with clients’ enquiries
10) Regular follow ups with clients
Responsibilities:
1) Answering phone calls via Internet promptly
2) Reply clients’ email enquiries promptly
3) Coordinate, getting quotation and close followups with merchants
4) Follow up with clients regarding their enquiries.
5) Prepare Quotations & Invoices
